Once named one of the top office and industrial agents nationwide and recipient of numerous real estate sales awards, Erik Marsh is the founder and president of ESM Investments. Crediting keen attention to detail, dedication to clients, and integrity, Erik has proven himself as a leader among Metro Phoenix’s investments real estate field.
Erik began his career in real estate over a decade ago, working first as an office intern for the successful commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap. He advanced quickly through the firm’s ranks, becoming successively an agent, a senior agent, an associate, a senior associate, an associate vice president and finally a vice president, all in a span of merely six years.
In 2010, Erik joined the multinational real estate service firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a managing director, where he specializes in investments sales. Over the course of his decade-long career, Erik has brokered transactions valued cumulatively at over $180 million.
Erik formed ESM Investments in 2012 as a way to further his interests in value added investments, acquisitions, asset management, and building long-term investor relationships.
Many of Erik’s superlative coordination and logistics skills as they relate to the life cycle of real estate investments stem from his formal training in systems engineering at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. As a retired Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve, he also possesses excellent communication and leadership skills that allow him to understand the needs and goals of a diverse clientele.
Erik is extremely active in the community, participating in groups such as the Urban Land Institute / Young Leaders Group Valley Partnership Forum and the Phoenix Art Museum Men's Art Council.
